Bipolar II Disorder

Bipolar II Disorder is when you experience mood swings that include high-energy periods called hypomania, which are less intense than full mania, and periods of depression where you feel very sad and tired. These mood changes can affect your daily life, but the highs aren't as extreme as in Bipolar I Disorder.

Cyclothymic Disorder

Cyclothymic Disorder

Cyclothymic Disorder

Cyclothymic Disorder is when you have mood swings that go up and down, but they're not as extreme as in Bipolar Disorder. You might feel happier or more energetic sometimes, and other times you might feel sad or low. These changes can affect your life, but they're usually milder than other mood disorders.
